Over 2000 years of civilization have passed since that first dip in still waters, but the benefits of bathing remain the same.  Soaking in a tub removes toxins, pulls stiffness out of your body, melts your muscles and allows you to slow down, to breathe. When your body is surrounded by water you are weightless and calm.
